Although Dec was born and raised in Newcastle his familly are orignally from Ireland. As u know Dec first met Ant on Byker Grove. He saw him sitting in a corner one day and thought 'what a missable gut. Dec's  least fave part of he's body is his nose coz he thinks its to big. When asked in a interview once he said that he loves kids and can't wait to have them he recondes he'll be a wicked dad [I agree].

People who have met  him say his the friendliest of the two coz Ant don't smile much.
